Return & Refund Policy

At Hessonite Industries Private Limited, we take great care to ensure that our fabrics meet high-quality standards. As we operate primarily in the B2B wholesale fabric market, our policies are designed to maintain clarity, fairness, and efficiency for all bulk and customized orders.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered and the procedures customers must follow.

1. General Policy Overview

  • All sales are final once confirmed, especially for bulk and customized orders.

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted under specific, justified circumstances as outlined below.

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product details, including fabric type, GSM, MOQ, color, delivery time, and customization terms, before confirming the order.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

a) Incorrect Product Received
  • If the fabric delivered is not as per the confirmed order (wrong color, wrong type, or incorrect GSM).

  • Discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

b) Damaged or Defective Fabric
  • If the product is damaged during transit or has manufacturing defects.

  • Clear photos and videos of the damage must be shared with our team for verification within 48 hours of receipt.

c) Order Fulfillment Errors
  • In rare cases where there is a mistake in dispatch (e.g., short quantity, mismatched packing slip), we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
  • Minor color variations (±5%) due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences.

  • Fabric has been cut, washed, altered, or used.

  • Customized fabrics or made-to-order requests, as these are tailored specifically for you.

  • Return requests made after 48 hours from the time of delivery.

3. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery via:

  2. Provide the following:

    • Order ID and date

    • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

    • Brief explanation of the problem

  3. Our team will verify the claim within 2-3 working days.

  4. If approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

    • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the error was from our side.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only in the following situations:

a) Product Unavailable
  • If an order is placed but the fabric is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled within the agreed timeframe.

b) Approved Return
  • After successful inspection of returned fabric and approval by our quality team.

c) Duplicate or Overpayment
  • In case of payment errors made during bank transfers or double payments.

Refund Guidelines:
  • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer only.

  • The customer must provide bank details for the refund.

  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. No Refund or Exchange on Customized Orders

  • Customized orders (including large bulk orders made to specific GSM, weave, dyeing, or finish specifications) are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances unless proven defective.

  • We highly recommend requesting swatches (if available) before confirming any custom production order.

6. Quality Disclaimer

  • Fabric color and texture may slightly vary due to screen resolution, photography lighting, and dye batches. These are not considered defects.

  • GSM may vary slightly (±5%) as part of standard industry tolerances.
